By accessing or using GiftMyTune (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

GiftMyTune provides AI-generated songs for entertainment and gift-giving purposes. You may not use the Service for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive purposes.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are only offered if your song cannot be delivered or there is a technical error we cannot resolve. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and code of the GiftMyTune website remain our property. AI-generated songs and lyrics are licensed for your personal use, sharing, and enjoyment. They may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for fun and entertainment only. We make no guarantees about accuracy, originality, or suitability for any specific purpose. GiftMyTune is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in New Brunswick.
